Hello,
I am finding some of the guides difficult to find out some information.
I have a Zoom Rooms system, running on a Crestron flex base.
The client would like to add zoom whiteboarding functionality to the system, they are able to add whatever functionality is required in the back-end but are looking for advise on hardware.
Can this be accomplished simply by adding a second touch-display to the existing Crestron zoom rooms system - OR does this functionality require a separate zoom client (zoom rooms for touch) on the second display.
Many thanks in advance!

Yes, a second monitor with touch-capability and USB-HID compatibility should work just fine.
Whiteboard functionality is available with any ZRT (Zoom Rooms for Touch) configuration.
Upon connecting a compatible touch monitor, the host PC will know to launch the ZRT interface instead of vanilla Zoom Rooms.
If you are using a previous-gen Crestron touch-panel (TS-1060/Mercury/etc) that is configured as a Windows-attached-controller rather than a standalone Android controller, you may wish to test this out to make sure the single touchscreen monitor count Zoom Rooms allows is not being allocated to the controller already. If you're using a newer Flex kit with a TS-1070/Mercury Mini/UC-2, you're golden.
