On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Zoom Rooms with multiple displays (w/ touch) - Set default show content share

Hi,

We have set up the Zoom Rooms with 3 displays. (1) 98" TV, (2) 75" touch display and (3) 10" touch display for the controller. When a user starts content sharing, it will show on the 75" touch display. 98" TV keep showing the gallery view.

But we would like to make the 98" TV default for showing the content share. 75" touch display shows the gallery view but able to switch by the controller option "View". Is it possible?

Thank you.

Hi, @samuelhk

I don't think it is possible to switch by controller.
However, you can set the display for each display in the Display Settings in Room Settings.

There is a new option "Allow shared content on non-touch displays of Zoom Rooms for Touch systems" at the bottom of the Display settings screen, you need to turn it on. And please make sure your Zoom Rooms application is 5.17.0 or above.
