Is this setting available for a Zoom Room? We have a conference that has a few dark spots near the camera. It'd be great to be able to turn on a setting similar to what's in the Background & Effects settings of the desktop app.

Short answer - no, this is not currently possible on Zoom Rooms for Shared Spaces ('Personal Zoom Rooms' are a little different).
If your camera supports this type of setting, the setting will need to be made on the camera itself and enforced outside of the Zoom Rooms software before launching.
