Zoom Room "Failed to start local share!" error

We have a zoom room that gives us the "Failed to start local share!" error when users try to hit the button "Share Content" on a Logitech TAP IP. 

 

If they start the meeting, hit share content, then they can proceed to share content like normal, but I don't know why this error occurs when it worked fine before.

Lending another voice to echo the same issue ~

Our site has over 10 Zoom Rooms, but only one is having this exact issue. Many of our rooms use a Crestron Mercury-X controller instead though. 

 

UC Engine (PC) is running Zoom Rooms 6.1.10 

Mercury-X is soon to be unsupported next year - running Zoom Rooms 5.14.5

Scheduling panel is running Zoom Rooms 5.17.0

 

Most of our Zoom rooms have this same equipment list and are running similar Zoom Room versions without this issue. Updating the UC Engine from 5.17.9 to 6.1.10 did not help in our case. Will keep tinkering and update if I find anything.
