Zoom Room app crashing on Azulle PC (W10)

Hello,

We have digital signage setup with Azulle mini PCs running Windows 10. 

Just in the last 2 weeks, a few of them keep crashing.  The zoom room app itself will just quit on its own after about 5 - 10 minutes.  These have been running flawlessly for months and seems like this came out of nowhere and I can't locate a solution.

I've completely uninstalled ZOOM ROOM app.  I've tried 32 and 64 bit versions.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
