Zoom Room: HDMI output MacBook not working, encrypted?

We have a Zoom Room system with the Logitech Zoom Room base kit. We often have the problem that a MacBook does not give any output to the screen(s). I've heard that this is due to the HDCP encryption that some MacBooks send with their HDMI signal, in order to prevent copying of the output (?).

Does anyone know a way to remove that encryption, or some other workaround?

I would be happy to read your suggestions. Thanks in advance!
