Lately our Zoom Rooms are appearing in meetings twice. Is this a known issue or is there some configuration that could have changed to have caused this?

Are they showing as "Home Room - 2”, “Home Room - 3”, and “Home Room - 4” for example? It is probably a multi-camera feature, like multi-camera or Smart Gallery.

Hi @cnielsen85, there are no known issues related to this matter at this time. I'd recommend you submit a support ticket with the details of the meeting such as meeting ID, date, time, and impacted Zoom Room (name) to have this reviewed further.

This ended up being the issue. There is a single camera in the room so we didn't believe this was the case, however, it was enabled. Thanks!
