Zoom Room API control from Extron Control system

Dears,

we have Zoom Rooms applicaiton running on the Poly TC10 linked with G7500 codec. 

and we are trying to get the Mic mute feedback from the Zoom Room with API control from Extron Controller driver . But  in the trace window we can see that Connect failed ,.  

i mean Extron controller is not connecting to Zoom Room via API .  

can you help us to solve the issue and let  us know if Zoom room native GUI and API control is possible simultaneously.

As an electrical engineer experienced in broadcast and A/V. Using an Extron controller with a poly G7500 system is a risky venture especially since you already have a TC10 touch controller in the system. The API belongs to Poly not Zoom. I would recommend contacting Poly to resolve the interface issues. Remember that the mics are integrated via IP not analog connections and the integration and API access is controlled by Poly.
