Zoom Digital Signage Playlist and scheduled URL events

Has anyone run into this problem?

For Zoom Digital Signage, I have a playlist of content that plays on a daily basic but I have this playlist to be interrupted but an scheduled event every morning and afternoon.

From 9am to 9:30am, I want the unit to play a live URL video, interrupt the daily playlist and play the URL for 30mins, then go back to the content playlist.

I have scheduled it and the system doesn't even attempt to play the event at 9am. it just continues to play the content for the day.

I know the URL works, if you set the URL as the only content, it plays normally.

any ideas?

to add more content, I've created playlists and stand alone content.

The behavior I need works perfectly on a Windows Zoom Room but not android. I have tried Poly and RoomMate devices and they both behave the same and do not play scheduled events.

I'm running the latest version for both Poly and Logi.
