Seeing this happen more and more in one of our rooms that utilizes a Poly Studio G62. Anyone else running into this issue/know how to permanently resolve?

Hardware-specific issues are common with Direct Guest Join for Teams and Meet.
Please report the bug to both Zoom and Poly - they will each look to place blame on the other party and not address the issue (sometimes for months), but eventually, someone will work to resolve this.
