Teams video not working in zoom rooms

We recently started having an issue with Video not working at all in Teams meetings. 

 

Started last week, but now it will not allow me to turn on video in any of our zoom rooms. everything for zoom is working just fine, but for whatever reason, the video will not turn on. I have a ticket in with our MSP. we have zoom rooms with Creston panels using  Intel NUC devices.

I believe this started because our zoom rooms were updated to a newer version.  I as able to test this in one room that is not affected. I have asked the MSP to roll back the update on the affected rooms to see if that fixes the issue. 

 

Affected rooms are using zoom room version 6.0

unaffected room is using 5.17.5 (3632)
