Hello,
I have an end user that is trying to share multiple screens from their dual monitor setup. It says 'press ctrl' to share multiple screens. They claim they cant press control to do that anymore. They have a wireless Dell Keyboard. I have them press the fn key, but that does not help.

Got it — sounds like the user is trying to share both monitors in Zoom using a dual monitor setup, and they're stuck at the part where Zoom prompts them to "press Ctrl to select multiple screens," but pressing Ctrl doesn’t work.
Here’s how to troubleshoot and work around it:
Ensure dual monitor support is enabled in Zoom:
Go to Zoom desktop client → Settings → General → Make sure "Enable dual monitor mode" is checked.
Make sure Zoom Application is up to date.
Older versions may have issues with multi-screen sharing.
Keyboard Check:
Test the Ctrl key elsewhere (like in Notepad: try Ctrl + A
, Ctrl + C
, etc.).
If Ctrl doesn’t work at all, it might be a hardware issue or a keyboard setting (like Sticky Keys or custom mappings).
Try another external keyboard if available to rule this out.
