If you don't see the three dots, the meeting admin has disabled this feature. You can only ask them to enable it again. If you are the admin you need to go in the zoom.us settings before a meeting to change settings
My attempts to solve this issue, 'save chat', on a Chromebook (and Android mobile phone) have been ongoing for a while. I have my Host settings as shown above. I uninstalled and installed the apps for each device from the Play Store - 'Zoom For Chromebook' v3.8 and 'Zoom Workplace' v6.4.1 on Android. The latest apps also do not have options to save chat in a Zoom meeting. Only my Zoom Workplace (v6.3.56144) on Win11 can save chat. I don't own a MAC or iPhone to verify Zoom on those platforms.
I hope a solution can be found. Copy and paste from a long chat window is a problem all on its own.
HI John and others in this chat. I am having the same problem, which only started after I was changed to Zoom Workplace. (I did not change this). There are no three dots. My administrator's settings allow us to save chats, but I can't. I am running a Mac with the latest Zoom and Apple software.
