We recently Zoom Rooms to one of our east coast offices. Has anyone experienced loss of RDP to the Zoom Room PC?

Hi, @T3

What kind of things do you want to do?

I think it is normal to use Zoom Room PCs without belonging to a domain.
In that case, I don't think RDP will be able to connect because it cannot get user information.

If you want to control the Zoom Room, you can do so from the Web Portal's Room Management.
