Hello @NocturnalDC, My name is Brandon. Thanks for joining the Zoom Community! Do you have a CRC port or a Zoom Rooms License on your account? If so then this looks like the endpoint and the Zoom System Server are not communicating, at all. This looks like the endpoint is not even getting out of your network. You may want to check to see that your firewall ports are open for H.323/SIP communications.
