Presentation Mode does not show HDMI

We have identical rooms setup on version 5.8.3, one room allows hdmi presentation mode without starting a zoom meeting, the other room does not show that option, no activity when you plug in HDMI cable until you start a meeting. Rooms are identical in setup except room that works is using projectors the room that doesn't is using a TV.

I had this problem last week.

Check the settings for the room under the Meeting tab.

Start HDMI content share manually on controller  - Off
Allow HDMI content share locally before and during the meetings  - On
