Pairing to controller

We don't have zoom rooms , just meetings to run our yoga classes, however all of a sudden it is saying can't pair with controller, and we get the blue screen. Any idea how to stop this?

The meetings software will not show "pair with controller" - Please double check the software that is being run.  You may have accidentally downloaded Zoom Rooms software vs Zoom software.  Make sure to completely remove Zoom Rooms software as it will auto-launch when you log into the computer.
