Hello, today we experienced a problem during a networking event. After a while (1h to 1h30 after the start of the meeting) people coming back to the main room were not able to join a room by themselves (this was the function activated) or even if the host invited them to join a room, nothing happened. Zoom told us that maybe it was a version problem, but we had the latest one.

Hi @LindaO ! I know it has been a while since you initially posted, but I want to make sure you receive assistance. This behavior does seem odd- are you still having this issue? If so, please completely uninstall the Zoom client, restart your computer, and then reinstall the application. Let me know if you continue to encounter this issue.
