How would I be able to turn a Zoom Room into a personal room for a user? I would like the user to sign into the Neat pad and be able to see their calendar integrated on the neat pad if possible.

cclouden,

If you are already using this Zoom Room for a shared space, you can sign out of the Neat pad and have the user sign in with their personal credentials. Doing this, rather than signing in with admin credentials or an activation code, will have this neat bar act as the user's personal device and pull from the calendar they've integrated on their zoom.us profile. https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360047695591-Getting-started-with-Zoom-for-Home

I am trying to do this on a Poly X30. However, our organization uses SSO, and there is no option to sign in with SSO on the Zoom Rooms app on the TC8. Only email and password.

If using SSO, use the pairing code option. You can plug a mouse into the X30 too if needed to navigate to the pairing code option
