We have  a business account, once I start a meeting / open a room.

How do I start a second meeting / room?

I appreciate any help.

Ah, we are a pro account not business, I thought a pro would allow hosting 2 meetings, which is what I wanted to do. -

ERG, and I just double checked the post I got my info from and of course, it does not say Pro... so there you go...

    So appreciate your time ....

    God Bless

Glad to be of assistance, @mda

Business, Education, or Enterprise accounts are required in both cases. Basic and Pro accounts are not supported:

    Hi @mda

On a Business account, if you are starting your first meeting in the app, then I find the easiest way to to start a second meeting is to use a start link: https://zoom.us/start/videomeeting

Thank you, I started the first meeting from a link in gmail that took me to the desktop (mac) app and started the meeting in the zoom app.

Then I clicked the link you supplied and it prompted saying I was in another meeting and the option was to cancel that other meeting or cancel.

So I was not able to start another meeting.

    I appreciate any help.

    Hi @mda

Are you the Host of the first meeting, and are you trying to be Host of the second meeting - i.e. you want to Host two meetings at once, or you want to Join two meetings at once, or one of each?)

You are for-sure on a Business account, not a Pro account?
