How to retrieve Zoom Room Meeting ID without using controller.

I can't find any way to retrieve the meeting ID of meetings scheduled through Zoom Room Google Calendar Integration without having to go to the room controller to send an invitation to an email address.

Users successfully book the Zoom Room calendar resource but does not receive any notification of the meeting ID generated for the booking. Is there any way to retrieve the meeting ID remotely, without having to access the controller?

So after much researching and consulting with tech support, it has finally become clear that scheduling meetings in Zoom Rooms through Google Calendar integration doesn't actually include generating a Zoom Meeting using Zoom Room's license. 

Current half baked implementation of Google calendar integration requires the use of "Make it a Zoom Meeting" function which forces the need to have additional licensed users to schedule a full featured Zoom Meeting in  the Zoom Room even though Zoom Room's license already comes with Zoom Meeting features such as cloud recording.

Then Zoom should have stated that features such as Cloud Recording for Zoom Room only applies to "Instant Meetings" and meetings scheduled through Scheduling Displays.
