How to remove phone icon from room controller?

We don't use the Zoom phone feature and probably never will. Is there a way to hide this icon on the room controller?

    Hi @neve ,

     

         Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Community! You should be able to hide this icon but will need to verify that a Zoom Phone license is not applied to the room first. After that please perform the following:

     

    1. Log in to Zoom admin portal

    2. Go to Room Management

    3. Go to Zoom Rooms

    4. Edit the Account Settings, Location Settings, or an individual Zoom Room’s settings

    5. Go to the Meeting tab

    6. Scroll to the setting “Call Me and Invite by Phone” - Disable this setting

    The icon should no longer appear after disabling that setting.

    Thanks, that worked exactly as I had hoped! I might suggest that the help text in settings mention that this will remove the phone icon from the controller display.
