How to reconfigure a ZoomRoom NUC

Hello,

We have just closed off one Zoom Room and we are trying to use the NUC in another room where we had a hardware failure.

I am trying to figure out how to reconfigure the NUC to use in a different room. I have gone through all of the education videos, which are great if you are setting up a new room, but not helpful with trying to reconfigure one.

Any assistance would be great, thanks.

Was the NUC sold as a preconfigured Zoom Rooms appliance, or was it manually built by an AV/IT team?

If the former, you may be able to obtain a fresh image from the manufacturer.

Model # would also be helpful.

Thanks for the reply.

It's a NUC8BEB Intel NUC, we have complete access to the Windows OS. As for the other information, that was before I started here and there has been a turn over of staff, that makes it difficult to source that information, which is why I'm here. 
Not sure if there is a way to reset the Zoom Room application on the NUC?
I can't see any of the usual config options?
