H.323 call hang after 29 minutes and 58 seconds

Hi,

 

We have a problem with ours HDX7000 polycom system and polycom X30 in "polycom mode" using zoom H.323 slot (I have licencing).

After a call, the call ended after 29 minutes and 58 seconds (0900003d/ZoomRC/5.9.8295).

Every try is ending with the same behaviour even if i have enough h.323 slot on my account

 

Any Idea ?
