Changing "Busy" to "Occupied" on Scheduling Display

Hi is there a way to change the term "Busy" to 'Occupied" on the Zoom Rooms Scheduling Display ?

No, at this time there is not. Please be sure to submit a feature request to Zoom Support so that they can get this on the development roadmap!

 

We have a long list of feature requests for these scheduling displays as well:

  • Change font size for long room names
  • Create parity between different types of Zoom Room Scheduling hardware (iPads show 3 upcoming meetings, Yealink RoomPanels only show 1 at a time, Neat Pads show 2)
  • Create templates for how graphics will scale on different Zoom Room Scheduling Display Hardware
  • Allow changing 'IT' for issue reporting, as IT teams may not support this hardware or may go by a different name
