I'm just back from Christmas break and haven't used Zoom in over 2 weeks. Today when I tried to join calls with my Sennheiser headphones, plugged directly into laptop (which I've used most of 2024), the audio quality is really low and faint. Also, there's a hissing sound in the background, especially if no one's talking.
There's nothing wrong with the headphones, as I'm able to use them listening Spotify and on Teams meetings.
I've played around with all of the audio settings and can't get anything to fix the issue. I've also uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop app.
