Audio and camera not working when starting Teams meeting on Zoom Room

Hello,

 

We have multiple Zoom Rooms in place, configured with a Logitech Rally Bar Mini and a Logitech TAP IP.

Sometimes our users need to start a MS Teams meeting via this Zoom Room, we have this configured the right way and it used to work great for a while, but now out of no where when users join a MS Teams meeting from the Zoom Rooms the audio is not working and when trying to mute/unmute yourself you receive the error message on the TAP IP that the request to unmute failed.

Does anyone here happen to know how to fix this issue?

Hello there!

I'm sorry for the late response and thank you for your contributions.

This is currently an identified issue with Teams. Zoom, and Zoom’s appliance hardware partners (Logi, DTEN, Yealink, etc.) continue to work with Microsoft to test the MS Teams web client test version that Microsoft have offered us.

We are awaiting Microsoft’s update regarding the release timing for a fix. Please open a support ticket, if you would like to confirm with our support team whether this issue specifically affects your meetings, sharing logs would greatly assist in resolving the matter. for assistance.

For now, thank you for your patience and understanding.

Logitech support informed me last week that they expected MS to release a fix imminently - in/around July '24 🤞

I see that update 6.1.0 is now available. Anyone tried it to see if the mic issue in teams is resolved ?

Version 6.1.0 of Zoom Rooms for Conference Rooms and Touchscreen Displays has fixed the issue for us. 🙂
