why does not zoom enable virtual background without physical greenscreen on i3 intel in Macbook Air? it's been a year since macbook air with i3 was released.

    Hi @stanlit 

     

    The i3 is not supported for Virtual Background.

     

    Minimum system requirements for Virtual Background on Mac require an i5 - 2 cores or higher, 6th generation or higher.

    HI Rupert, I have these specs on my MacBook Air & it still doesn't work without a greenscreen & there is no blur option. Any idea if or when this will be updated on the zoom platform?
