I answer calls on a radio station. i am on a call when another call comes in. i need to put the incoming call on hold and continue my current call. right now i answer the incoming call, puts the current call on hold and answers incoming, i have to put the incoming call on hold and reconnect the previous current call...no bueno...

I’d recommend setting up a call queue, callers will stack up in there, and you can take them one at a time.
