Why does my phone keep ringing in my headphones after I've answered? No, there's not another call coming in.
It also continues to ring (in my headphones) if the caller drops the call before someone answers.
Is there a setting to fix that? If so, where?

Maybe something is wrong with your Zoom Workplace app. I suggest doing a CleanZoom Uninstall and then installing the current version of Zoom Workplace app.

I was having similar trouble with the Zoom Workplace app, and your CleanZoom Uninstall tip really helped. Reinstalling the latest version fixed everything. Appreciate the clear guidance and links.
