Using Poly E320 Desk phone we found that while making a call the display shows the calling name but then a comma and then the name of the last call completed?
scenario
1. I dial Caller One, caller one answers, I hang up
2. Then I dial Caller Two. On the display it will show "Caller Two, Caller One"

I had/have a similar issue using the E550 and have added the following line in my provisioning template... which seems to have corrected the issue but definitely would be interested in someone else weighing in to see if that's the "fix".

I found this happends with Firmware 8.3.0
Firmware 8.2.3 is still working as expected.
