Hello, i am trying to sign up for the zoom phone and when i go to payment, it start to process but then gives error message as shown below. I have used different types of payment method also but still the same error comes up.
An error has occurred and we are unable to complete your purchase. Please make sure your information is correct or contact support for assistance. Error Code: 5613
Can someone please help with this?

Think I figured it out. Turn off your VPN, clear your history and cache then close the browser. Open the browser back up and login with the VPN still off. Then you should be able to purchase what you need to.

I think I figured it out. If you are running a VPN or anything of that nature. Turn it off. Make sure to clear your history, close your browser then reopen your browser, log back in and that should work!

Genuinely unbelievable that this has been a known problem for over a year and the company has yet to resolve it. Zoom I am trying to give you money for a product why are you so reluctant to take it. Clearing cookies, browser cache, disabling VPN, and switching to a new factory-settings browser did nothing to fix.

I'm getting same error submitted the ticket to zoom support but it's been a week i did not get any response
