calling issue

one of our agent now able to call 64 7 series number. i,e 64 7 862 2044 from his zoom phone.

When the dialer call outs if there’s a space like this in the area code (64 7)  it ends up saying “the number you are calling does not have service”, or something like that and then disconnects.  Its not uncommon either.

hi sandipg123,

suggest deleting the space between 64 and 7 in your contacts or fix your dialer to delete the space between 64 and 7 before sending to zoom.
