他のメンバーはつながるのに、特定メンバーの内線／外線がつながらない（つながるメンバーと環境は同じ）原因は何が考えられますか？

架ける側が、外線と思いきや、内線設定にしていて、
受け側が繋がらないではなく、架ける側が発信できていないパターンはありました
