On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Here is what I am trying to accomplish.

  1. Sync Zoom subscribers to the Corporate directory on the VVX 250’s and the VVX450 with the VVX EM350.
  2. I would like for the receptionist with the VVX EM350 to be able to click one of the 30 buttons to ring a phone in a classroom. Right now I have 50 Zoom subscribers with extensions and I would like them to show up on the Polycom VVX EM350.

I am not sure about syncing a directory with the phones.

You mean Poly EM50, right?  It works and is supported by Zoom Phone with a VVX 450.

There is guide to configuring buttons here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/360040587552

It sounds like you want to program the buttons as speed dial.

Does that help?

Thank you BrandonS! I have been around the interwebs for this today. I wasn't using the correct verbage and that just made things even more difficult! Wow! This certainly beats having to create an XML file like the Poly tech suggested! Thanks again BrandonS!
