I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. When a call comes in or I manke an outgoing call using the Zoom app, the call is automatically connected to my watch. Each time, as soon as the call engages, I have to push the bluetooth button and toggle to handset. This does not happen ever if I am just using my phone in a non-Zoom capacity.
I've looked and searched. How can I adjust the bluetooth settings? thanks,

I am experiencing this same issue. I contacted Zoom support and they say "The bluetooth settings or behavior on your device won't be controlled, and cannot be altered, by Zoom." They instructed me to contact Samsung support for this issue. I reported this to Samsung via the Samsung Members under Support and then selected Send Feedback. Samsung states they have raised the issue with the developers but it would help for others having this issue to do the same. If you still experience this issue you could report to Samsung using the same process.

Same issue here. Never happened with my watch 3, but just got a watch 6 classic and I can't get it to stop using the watch 6 even if I turn my poly focus 2s off and then back on and reconnect. Even if I turn "phone" off in the blue tooth settings for the watch 6 it still will not let my focus 2 headset work until I power off the watch.

Mine did finally stop doing this but I don't know exactly why it stopped. I completely removed the Zoom app from my phone, removed my watch connection from my phone, and removed all Bluetooth connections from my phone then restarted my phone and then reinstalled the app and reconnected the watch and Bluetooth devices and it stopped. I don't for sure which of those things fixed it, but it hasn't been an issue since then.
