How many outgoing calls can a single zoom phone number make at once? For example, if we had a single zoom phone number, could multiple people use that number via different desktops, etc at once to dial out to different phone numbers? Is there a limit to how many outgoing calls can go out at once?

Short answer, everyone in your company can use the same outgoing caller-id name and number at the same time. Callers need a calling plan license to make outgoing calls. Your admin can permit callers to select to use their own phones numbers as their outgoing caller-id number or use the company main name and number.
