Zoom Phone won't dial out

Hello,

I have used Zoom Phone to call people for months without a problem.

Today, when I type in the telephone number, it just won't dial out, so I can't call anyone/ make an outgoing call.

Do I need to adjust anything in the settings?

Wish I could help. I am new to Zoom Phone, just provisioned a Poly E450 and E350 to test. Setup a couple numbers for each phone, and we can receive calls but we cannot dial out. My probably sounds different than yours unfortunately. We've done all the obvious things, INCOMING/OUTGOING turned on, no blocks, etc.

Thank you.  I managed to get mine to work again.  I had to completely restart my computer and it reset itself (after me trying for ages to try to get it working by adjusting all the settings!)  
Have you tried the same?  (I don't normally have problems with Zoom phone - it was a one-off blip, I think)
I hope you get yours sorted soon 🙂
