Are they any plans for a Zoom Phone / Zoho Desk Integration? Click to call, view past calls, screen pops, etc would be super awesome.

Yes, there are plans for this integration targeting first quarter of 2022.

This is for CRM, nothing developed for Zoho Desk?

This one is a third party integration - Zoho and Zoom have released a native one which links to Zoho Desk. I have this installed and it pushed call to Activities in Zoho Desk.
