Hello Zoom Community,

 

Currently we have multiple sites configured in Zoom Phone. Lets say I need to delete a site, what happens to the logs associated with the site that has been deleted. For example, will voicemails, call recordings, be deleted when the site gets deleted, or do these logs just get migrated to the default site.

Hmm, we have many sites, so far when we close an office we just leave the site in Zoom Phone as there is no downside to this that I know of. Also not deleting the site as we usually have some remote users in that same area and is easier to leave them there rather than move them to another site that does not pertain to them.
