Does anyone know if this is possible? This user does not use the APP.
He used this feature on their old phone system.
Thanks

hi @chazrc
Direct to Voicemail Calls
At this moment, Zoom does not have a feature supporting direct to voicemail calls. i understand that Zoom is aware that some customers may want this feature.
As one possible alternative for a small number of desk phone users, you can set up one or more call queues to provide direct to voicemail (DVM). Since you only have two users that need Direct to VM (DVM), this may be a workaround. For other than desk phone users, you may want to consider Zoom Team Chat.
To test this, I set up two call queues, DVM1CQ and DVM2CQ. Please see attached screen prints.
DVM1CQ
CQ Extension 96709
User extension 6709
DVM2CQ
CQ Extension 96766
User extension 6766
For my example, extension 96709 is assigned to DVM1CQ and extension 96766 to DVM2CQ. To make it easy for one user to DVM the other user, I standardized the DVM1CQ and DVM2CQ extensions by assigning 9 plus the user’s extension.
I set Business Hours for Sun 9 am to 6 pm so that calls during normal business hours such as Mon to Fri 9 am to 5 pm will be treated as calls coming in during closed hours and will Overflow. For DVM1CQ, I set the Closed Hours Overflow to Route to Voicemail extension 6709 and for DVM2CQ to Route to Voicemail for extension 6766.
When a user calls DVM1CQ (extension 96709) during normal business hours, the call will overflow and be routed directly to voicemail for 6709 and likewise calls to DVM2CQ (extension 96766) will be routed directly to voicemail for 6766. When the users receive a voicemail, they get the normal indication that a voicemail has come in (blinking light on their desk phone).

On the Samsung OS700 PBX, you would press pound on any idle phone and you could send a message right there to any user.
On the NEC SL2100 with Inmail, you would either dial the station or press the blf button for another user, and then press 8, then it would go right to their mailbox, and then you could leave them a message
Thanks
