Hi,

 

I can't seem to download the calls I had as for today only. Not sure what settings I need to change or alter. Help!

    I believe reports are not available until the next day. However, if you have access to the phone logs you could filter by the current date and a user name then export the log.

    Do you think this is a temporary option? Because last week I was still able to download the recordings the same day. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.

    I thought you were talking about call logs, not recordings. Have you checked your account settings to see if call recording has been disabled?
