Hi All,

 

I have read the documents, and connecting Zoom Phone to Hubspot CRM is straightforward. Is there anything I am missing?  

 

I have read mixed reviews on the app, but it is improving.

 

I am coming to tomZoom from the Dialpad environment.  That was also an app plug-and-play integration.

From the poster: The Zoom Phone app can be installed with one click from Hubspot. It works like a charm. Calls made or taken in Zoom are posted to Hubspot with recordings, etc.
