Zoom Phone App on IPHONE

Hello,

 

When someone calls into my zoom via the app on my IPHONE - I can hear them but they cannot hear me. 

The vm come in and I can hear. The calls come in fine on my desk phone as well. 

 

Any suggestions to resolve. I really need the app to work on my IPHONE.

    on your iphone, go to settings, zoom and make sure microphone is enabled.

    I have the same issue (When someone calls into my Zoom via the app on my iPhone - I can hear them, but they cannot hear me. ) This did not fix my issue. My microphone settings in my iPhone Zoom app are set to ON.
