Zoom Fax Not Dumping to Email

Voicemails that I receive automatically get forwarded as attachments to Email, why do received faxes not do the same, or am I missing a setting?

I do not see anything in zoom fax support articles to automatically send incoming faxes to a user’s email.  I think this could be a useful feature that is turned on selectively.

You may want to consider sending feedback to zoom requesting that this feature be implemented.

Thanks, Eliot. I posted enhancement requests to get incoming faxes sent as Emails as well as a confirmation of successfully sent faxes. I was told both of these are in the roadmap to be added to Zoom Fax at some point.

email notifications for incoming fax works.

goto account managment->account settings-zoom phone and turn on Fax Notification by Email.
