Hi, can anyone tell me if its possible to set normal business hours (m-f 9am - 5pm) to send all calls to voicemail outside of those ours except certain numbers? 

I want any customers that call my shop before 9am or after 5pm to go to voicemail except certain specific numbers from my business clients which I want to ring through to me during out of hours, can I do this?

i do not think this is an existing function in zoom phone. 

 

you could have a separate telephone number for certain specific customers to call.  this number would only be given to platinum customers.  this platinum support number could be assigned to a separate 24/7/365 autoreceptionist and call queue.

 

depending on the size and complexity of your requirements, you might consider zoom contact center.
