Which Zoom phone plan to use?

Hi,

I have a Zoom phone plan based out of AU/NZ that has the international add-on. I have a team member based in the USA who also needs Zoom phone with an emphasis on being able to make calls in AU/NZ/USA/Canada and the UK. Do I simply need to purchase a US-based plan + international add-on for her or is there a more cost-effective way to do this?

Yes You can go with with US/CA unlimited  (or Metered if the usage is less ) with International add on for the most cost effective license. They both include a phone number that you can choose.
