When/how will I know when my previous U.S. skype number has been "ported over?

hi sztabo80,

you will know when your calls stop coming through skype and start coming though zoom.  in usa, the porting process usually takes 7 to 10 business days.

in addition, you can see the status of your port request, go to admin->phone system management->phone numbers->ported->order status (all).  here you can see the FOC (firm order commitment) date for your port.  the foc date is the date when the port is scheduled to complete.

I just finished porting a skype number to zoom phone, and it works great. My question is, do I need to keep paying skype too, or is the number fully in zoom now?
