We Can not complete your call "your service plan does not support calling to this destination"

I am using zoom phone call and assigned us/ca metered plan I bought the number but the and follow all the step.  when I can call out to anywhere I need. However, I get the following message when trying to make outgoing calls on my zoom phone: "Sorry, we cannot complete your call. Your service plan does not support calling to this destination"

    Hello @joshWilliams 

    I assume you are trying to call some international destination numbers, and if that is the case, you need to check/edit the list of Zoom Phone "Countries/Regions".

     

    Go to "ADMIN > Account Management > Billing > Current Plans".

     

    Go to the "Zoom Phone > Metered Calling Credits" section and Click "View/Edit Countries/Regions"

     

    You will find in there the list of Countries you can call out depending on the service: "Call Out", "Local Toll-Free",  "BYOC", and "SMS/MMS".

    You can also get this error message if you do not have a Caller ID number assigned to the user.

    Was there ever a resolution to this? I am running into the same issue. We are having this issue for a specific domestic number. We've assigned a caller ID to the user but still cannot make the call. We can call the number using cell numbers, but not via Zoom. Also, the number we are trying to reach is also a domestic Zoom number.
