Voicemail Automatically Deletes

In the desktop Zoom client, my voicemails have recently starting automatically deleting without even playing when I click the play button. Any advice would be welcome.

Which desktop client are you using?

Are you using the current zoom desktop client, i.e. 5.17.11 as of 4/5/2024?  If not, please install the current client and retest.

So, it looks like I have version 5.17.1 installed, but when I download the installer, it simply reopens that version instead of doing an update.
